Atlassian will be rolling out two certifications this year; the JIRA administrator certification and the Confluence administrator certification. I’ve been selected to participate in the beta, and will be preparing to take the Confluence administrator exam in late March. Because it’s the inception of the program, it has been a challenging experience trying to prep.
For starters, no one has taken the exam before, so it’s unclear what the questions will look like. I really don’t know what to expect. The certification information page recommends reviewing the product documentation, which I intend to do. But I also plan on watching Atlassian Confluence video tutorials online, and applying any newly acquired knowledge in my own instance of Confluence.
